ELIGIBILITY:

• The Simula Financial $100 Referral Rewards Program is open to all residents of United States of legal age and is not exclusive to Simula Financial
  clients.
• You may refer your friends, family members or anyone that you feel would benefit from receiving debt relief provided that your
  referral personally knows you.
• There are no limits to the number of referrals you can submit to us.
• Only referrals submitted through https://simulafinancial.com/s100 will be accepted and honored. You will receive a confirmation email upon
  each successful submission.

QUALIFYING REWARD:

• You are eligible to qualify for a $100 Referral Reward for each successful qualified referral you submit to us.
• A qualified referral refers to referrals we have successfully assisted in obtaining debt relief within 6 months of your submission.
• If a qualifying referral is received from two separate individuals, payment will be made to the first referrer only.
• As part of our privacy policy, we cannot disclose any details about your referral.

CLAIMING REWARD:

• A qualifying $100 Referral Reward will be processed when your referral meets our qualifying criteria.
• You will be notified by email when we’re ready to pay you your referral reward.
• You are eligible to claim your reward within 6 months of receiving our rewards notification. If you have failed to claim your reward
  within the 6-month period, Simula Financial reserves the right to cancel the reward.
